I KNEW these recipes sounded familiar. They are just another try at Encore Publishing making it seem they have a "new" book when they don't.
This book was published under author name of "Daniel Tyler" so the new fake author name is just that --- a new fake author name. Encore Publishing is such a dishonest publisher. Not only do they steal all the recipes off the Internet but now they sell them to you a second and third time!
This one has the exact same typos in it as did the one published before.Now they make you think they have a "new"book but they don't. What a gyp!
I love baked and grilled tilapia so hopefully this book is great for me.
My mom has altimezer and needs fish twice a week so I am always looking for new ways to fix them but they have to have flavor and this book is full of really great recipes that are full of flavor.
